Giant Aneurysm of the Internal Carotid Artery Simulating Posterior Fossa Tumour in a 13 Year old Girl

Abstract

A young patient, who presented with the signs and symptoms of a posterior fossa neoplasm, was found on bilateral carotid angiography to have a posteriorly directed giant aneurysm arising from the right internal carotid artery.
