Unresectable giant cavernous haemangiomas with life-threatening KMS, deteriorating during pharmacological treatment, as in our patient [2], have shown dramatic responses to radiation therapy [5]. To date, after nearly 2 years of follow-up, the boy has developed normally without relapse.…”
