Giant Chorioangioma TreatedIn Uterovia Laser of Feeding Vessels with Subsequent Development of Multifocal Infantile Hemangiomas

Abstract: We report a case of a giant placental chorioangioma (15.6 cm diameter) complicated by polyhydramnios and severe fetal heart failure. Fetoscopic laser occlusion of a dominant feeding vessel was performed at 29 weeks' gestation and partial devascularization was achieved. In the 33rd week of the pregnancy, the decision was made to preemptively deliver the fetus due to persistent signs of fetal cardiac failure.
