“…The Buschke-Lowenstein tumor is a large, painful, exophytic cauliflower-like rare lesion which also grows in an endophytic fashion. Since its first description by Buschke [2] as condyloma of the phimotic foreskin several reports have indicated that it can also occur on the oral mucosa, vulva and cervix [5][6][7], However BLT of the anorectal location is rarer; including our case only thirty-two giant condylomata acuminata of the anorectum have been reported since its first descrip tion in that location [6,7,[9][10][11] (table 1).…”
