Giant Hepatic Artery Aneurysm

Abstract: Hepatic artery aneurysms (HAAs) are extremely rare entities. Given the high mortality rates with rupture, they should be treated early with either open or endovascular repair. We present a case of a 60-year-old man with HAA treated successfully by open surgical repair.
