Giant Sellar/Supra Sellar Arachnoid Cyst with Visual Loss: 5 Years Follow-Up Post Cystocisternostomy

Abstract: Sellar/suprasellar arachnoid cyst can present with headache, endocrine dysfunction, psychomotor abnormalities, chronic hydrocephalus, vertigo, optic nerve and visual deficits and asymptomatically.
