Abstract:Giant solitary trichoepithelioma (GST) is a rare benign skin adnexal tumor which arises from hair follicle. It represents more mature end of the spectrum of trichoblastoma, and a unique type of trichoepithelioma that is most common in elderly but can be present at any age.
