Giant Ulcerated Fibroepithelial Stromal Polyp of the Vulva: A Case Report

Abstract: Fibroepithelial stromal polyps (FEPs) are benign skin tumors or lesions of mesenchymal and ectodermal origin, also referred to as acrochordons. Herein, we report the case of a 45-year-old woman with a large ulcerated fibroepithelial stromal polyp extending from the right labium of the vulva. No known predisposing factor was recorded to justify the presence and rapid growth of the polyp.
