Abstract

El libro fue adecuado a partir de una investigación cuyo objetivo fue determinar el efecto de la aplicación del Programa DEPREPCEP en el aprendizaje de la Gimnasia Básica en niñas de la Liga de Gimnasia de Puno (Perú). El estudio fue experimental de tipo aplicativo, con un diseño de pre y post-test de un solo grupo. La población de estudio fue de 60 niñas y la muestra por 30 niñas de la Liga de Gimnasia de Puno. Para la recolección de datos se utilizó como instrumento la lista de Cotejo de gimnasia. Para el análisis de datos se aplicó la estadística porcentual y para probar la hipótesis, la prueba estadística T-Student, y como resultado en el programa gimnástico el 100% obtuvo un calificativo malo en casi todos los ejercicios de Gimnasia básica antes de la aplicación del programa y después de aplicación del programa la realización de estos ejercicios gimnásticos es realizado en forma excelente en más del 50% de las niñas. Comparado estos resultados con la evaluación posterior a la aplicación del Programa DEPREPCEP, el aprendizaje mejora significativamente. Con la prueba T-Student se confirma la hipótesis planteada, porque se ha comprobado que existen diferencias significativas (p=0.000) entre los resultados del pre-test y post-test. Por tanto, la aplicación del Programa DEPREPCEP tiene efecto significativo en el aprendizaje de la Gimnasia Básica en niñas de la Liga de gimnasia de Puno. En conclusión, el Programa DEPREPCEP mejora la capacidad de rendimiento y fortalecimiento físico del organismo en las niñas.

Bibliometric analysis of plyometrics in sport: 40 years of scientific production
