GIPR Agonism Inhibits PYY-Induced Nausea-Like Behavior

Abstract: The induction of nausea and emesis is a major barrier to maximizing the weight loss profile of obesity medications, and therefore, identifying mechanisms that improve tolerability could result in added therapeutic benefit.
