In this study, four sites were selected, extended from Haditha reservoir to Al- Hindiya Barrage included Al- Ramadi and Al- Falluja sites, on Euphrates River stretch to conduct an environmental study about the effect of deceasing discharge on the water quality for the period extended from 2005 to 2020. Shedding light on the climate parameters as one of the most effective parameters on the discharge rate. As a novel aspect of this study, the discharge records, as well as the organic and inorganic pollutants were assessed, which includes;major ions (cations and anions), trace elements and the most important biological analysis such; (BOD5, COD, E. coli, fecal coliform bacteria and total bacteria count (TBC) MPN/100 ml). For this purpose, the statistical package for social sciences (SPSS), asmulti variant analysishas been applied to evaluate variables sources groups. The results revels two groups of pollutant sources; (F1) which represented 71.27%of total variance, having Eigen value 4.9, includes the pollutants resulting from anthropogenic sources as; total dissolved solids, E. coli, total bacteria count, Fecal coliform bacteria (FCB), BOD5 and COD.
