Abstract:Neuronal and glioneuronal tumors usually have a benign course and may have typical imaging characteristics, allowing their diagnosis based on MR imaging findings. The most common lesions are dysembryoplastic neuroepithelial tumors and gangliogliomas, which have typical imaging characteristics.
