Global buckling response of sandwich panels with additively manufactured lattice cores

Abstract:This paper deals with the analytical and numerical global buckling analysis of rectangular sandwich plates utilized AlSi10 Mg in both facesheets and lattice cores. In this study, six different strut-based lattice core models are designed. Additionally, the buckling resistance of lattice panels is compared with a typical honeycomb panel.
