Abstract:Introduction: The outbreak of the novel coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is an ongoing global epidemic incident. The present study aims to bibliometrically analyze the global research trends of scientific papers related to COVID-19 with regard to the number of publications, subject categories, and prolific countries.
