Glucagonoma-induced Dilated Cardiomyopathy in a Young Woman

Abstract: A 27-year-old woman presented with an epigastric mass, accompanied by emesis and weight loss. An abdominal computed tomography (CT) scan showed a pancreatic head-body mass and liver metastasis. Biopsy revealed well-differentiated pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor, grade 3.
