Glucoamylase Research: An Overview

Abstract: This paper reviews the main features of glucoamylase research describing essentially more recent developments on microorganisms, production and properties of glucoamylases. It is an important industrial enzyme and is widely used in starch saccharification, brewing and distilling industry.
