Abstract: Resumo O plasma de quarks e gluons (QGP) em temperatura zero e alta densidade bariônica é um sistema que pode existir no interior de estrelas densas. É possível que esse QGP frio compartilhe algumas características com o plasma quente, observado em colisões de íons pesados relativísticos, sendo também um sistema fortemente interagente.
