Gold‐Catalyzed Transformations of Propargyl Alcohols and Propargyl Amines

Abstract: Propargyl alcohols and propargyl amines are useful building blocks for the synthesis of heterocycles and complex molecules. The development of homogeneous gold catalysis has greatly benefited organic synthesis. This Focus Review presents an overview of the gold-catalyzed transformations of propargyl alcohols and amines.
