Good and Bad Jobs in Turkey: An Analysis on Young Employees

Abstract: Young people are at a disadvantage in terms of work and working conditions compared to adult workers in Turkey as in the rest of the world. This study analyses the quality of the jobs that young people are employed in through the "Labour Market Segmentation Theory" and assesses the factors affecting this situation.
