This article aims to present the contributions of Knowledge Management to Corporate Governance, in order to support its better understanding and identify knowledge gaps to support future research in the area. For this, a theoretical research was carried out, through a review of the literature using the two constructs together. With the Scopus database, 65 publications were identified. From the reading of the abstracts, titles and keywords were identified the publications that were adherent to the purpose of the research. Among the contributions of Knowledge Management to Corporate Governance are those related to the improvement of organizational processes and performance, integrated information management, people management, transparency and risk management.
