The research approach is a descriptive qualitative research method to observe the phenomena experienced by participants or actors and to gain an understanding of the implementation of online market information system. The findings of the study are that the obstacles are found from several indicators like policy standards and objectives, resources, socioeconomic and political conditions, and implementer dispositions. The writers conclude that the implementation of online market information system hasn't been effective if it is connected to the indicators. It needs strong commitment from the implementer to understand and to monitor the implementation of online market information system.
