Grade IV Utero Vaginal Prolapse (Procidentia): A Case Report

Abstract: Introduction: The uterus is normally held in place inside the pelvis with various muscles, tissue, and ligaments. But because of pregnancy, childbirth or difficult labor and delivery, in some women the muscles become weaken.
