Graft-Versus-Host Disease: Pathogenesis and Treatment

Abstract: Graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) is a disabling complication after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) and negatively impacts patients’ quality of life. GVHD is classified into 2 forms according to clinical manifestations.
