Abstract:Post-transplant cyclophosphamide (PTCy) is becoming the standard prophylaxis for graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) in HLA-haploidentical allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation (allo-HCT) and in HLA-matched allo-HCT.
