Granulation tissue morphology of the laparotomic wound with different types of sutures

Abstract: The aim — to study experimentally the granulation tissue morphological features of the laparotomy wound after suturing it by simple knots and continuous wrapping sutures.Materials and methods. The experiment was performed on 108 rats undergoing a median laparotomy.
