Abstract:Granuloma annulare (GA) is common in children, but the eyelids are not a common site of involvement. Due to the infrequent association of eyelid lesions with GA, patients are unable to receive early and effective treatment. Our eleven-year-old female patient presented with the complaint of a painless mass on the right upper eyelid that did not respond to the topical drugs prescribed in clinics.
