Granulomatosis with polyangiitis and pregnancy: Anti‐neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody, placental inflammation, chorangiosis and pre‐eclampsia

Abstract: Granulomatosis with polyangiitis (GPA) is a rare necrotizing autoimmune disease involving small vessel vasculitis. Pregnancies with GPA have increased rates of obstetric complications including pre‐eclampsia.
