Granulomatosis with Polyangiitis Restricted to the Back Muscle: The First Case Report

Abstract: Granulomatosis with polyangiitis (GPA) is an autoimmune disease which is a type of antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody (ANCA)-associated vasculitis that frequently affects the lungs and kidneys.
