Abstract:Granulomatosis with polyangiitis (GPA) is a systemic necrotizing vasculitis, associated with antineutrophil cytoplasmic autoantibody-associated systemic vasculitis, and it can affect many organ systems via the inflammation of small-to-medium-sized vessels. Cardiac involvements in GPA are relatively rare.
