Granulomatous disease in selective IgA deficiency

Abstract: Although common variable immunodeficiency (CVID) is sometimes associated with sarcoidosis/granulomatous disease, there have only been isolated reports of selective immunoglobulin A (IgA) deficiency and granulomatous disease.
