Abstract:This paper extends the Bakry-Émery criterion relating the Ricci curvature and logarithmic Sobolev inequalities to the noncommutative setting. We obtain easily computable complete modified logarithmic Sobolev inequalities of graph Laplacians and Lindblad operators of the corresponding graph Hörmander systems.
