Graphical analysis of guideline adherence to detect systemwide anomalies in HIV diagnostic testing

Abstract: Background Analyses of electronic medical databases often compare clinical practice to guideline recommendations. These analyses have a limited ability to simultaneously evaluate many interconnected medical decisions.
