Graves' disease mimicking beta-thalassemia trait

Abstract: Summary:A case of Graves' disease associated with splenomegaly, lymphadenopathy, microcytic hypochromic anaemia, and a raised haemoglobin A2 is presented. The haemotological indices returned to normal after conventional treatment with anti-thyroid medication.
