Gravitational Waves and Primordial Black Holes from Supersymmetric Hybrid Inflation

Vassilis C. Spanos,
Ioanna D. Stamou

Abstract: We study the effect of supergravity corrections due to a linear and a bilinear term in the Kähler potential, in the context of a supersymmetric hybrid inflation model. By appropriate choice of the parameters associated to these terms, we are able to satisfy the main cosmological constraints for the spectral index n s and the tensorto-scalar ratio r. In addition, this model predicts primordial black hole abundance enough to account for the whole dark matter of the Universe and gravitational wave spectra within … Show more

“…Between them, the metastable cosmic strings are currently of special interest since they may decay generating a stochastic background of gravitational waves [17,18] and interpreting, thereby, recent results [19,20] -for other sources of gravitational waves' production after the end of HI see Refs. [21,22].…”

“…Besides, the single field model with a non-canonical kinetic term containing a peak coupling function is also an efficient way to amplify the power spectrum [37][38][39][40][41][42][43]. And recently, inflation driven by two-field to produce PBHs and SIGWs is very appealing [44][45][46][47][48][49][50].…”
