Green Hospital" has been emerged as an approach to address environmental challenges and meet the needs of society. The aim of this study was to evaluate the components of the Green Hospital in Teaching and Private Hospitals covered by Tehran University of Medical Sciences. The present study is a descriptive-analytical which examines the elements of the green hospital at 19 teaching and private hospitals covered by Tehran University of Medical Sciences in 2013. The checklist was developed by the Centre for Environmental Sciences Augsburg Germany which translated by Iranian Green's Management Association. The checklist consisted of eight Green Hospital dimensions which were used for data collection. Descriptive statistics measures including frequency tables mean and range and analytical statistics such as independent t-tests and analysis of variance (ANOVA) were used for data analysis. The studied hospitals have earned 59.5 percent of total points. In this regard, the dimensions of "environmental leadership and management" have rated the highest and water management is in the lowest rating. Although private hospitals had earned higher scores in all aspects of green hospitals apart from management and leadership and chemicals compared with teaching hospitals, but there wasn't any significant difference between these dimensions and types of hospitals statistically. Given that the hospitals studied do not meet green * Corresponding author.F. E. Azar et al. 260hospital standards properly, it seems necessary to prepare a comprehensive action plan to improve their weaknesses and meet these standards. Trying to perform a green hospital accreditation and receive certification of international authoritative institutions or developing a national standards is also recommended.

Despite striving to save the society from environmentally-related diseases, hospitals contribute to adverse environmental impacts. Green hospitals encourage public health through continuous reduction of its impact on the environment and the consequent burden of diseases. The concept strongly associates human health and the environment through green hospitals operations, governance and strategy. This paper examines the green environment policy and practice in the Malaysian medical hospital framework in comparison with selected countries and provides suggestions for the betterment of the green agenda and practices to improve the hospitals' internationalisation performance, hence uplifting the quality of life of affected parties.

Healthcare SMEs are at risk of sexual harassment in the workplace due to several barriers resulting in medical professionals leaving the workforce and reduced productivity. The paper attempts to bridge the gap between the existing findings in general healthcare with medical tourism settings focusing on the medical tourists' behaviour in the destination country and the behaviour of medical practitioners in healthcare SMEs, who may be exposed to sexual harassment at workplace. Thus, this study urge for corrective actions in the medical tourism industry in ensuring the safety of medical tourists and practitioners in the rising demand for medical tourism. Keywords IntroductionAlthough cultural heritage is the central point for tourism (Azmi & Ismail, 2016) medical tourism is a rising phenomenon that has attracted numerous scholars in academic and the professionals in the 21 st Century. It is a business activity that falls under health tourism which is a subset of tourism studies. Accordingly, tourism pertains to the interdisciplinary between the interaction of tourists, business suppliers, governments, communities and environment which falls under the human behavioural studies. As Setyowati, Harani, and Falah (2013) puts it, health and behaviour are interconnected as it integrates various department and functions as well as serves patients from a differing background.On the other hand, health tourism is commonly known as travelling across one's country borders for one's mental and physical wellbeing. (2017) put forward that there is no single definition, cause and theoretical framework on sexual harassment, hence the definition of such misconduct is worth to look into. According to Malaysia's Code of Practice on the Prevention and Eradication of Sexual Harassment, sexual harassment is defined as unwanted conduct of sexual nature has the effect of verbal, non-verbal, visual, psychological or physical harassment. The Code of Practice also explained that verbal harassment comes in the forms of offensive or suggestive remarks, non-verbal harassments occur through leering or ogling with suggestive overtones.
