Abstract:<p>Gallium oxide (Ga<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>) powder was prepared by mixing hydrogen peroxide (30% H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub>) with pure gallium metal (99.999%) inside a hydrothermal cell.
