Green synthesis of vanadium oxide nanoparticles for thin film based sensor application

Abstract: A high yield of single phase orthorhombic vanadium oxide (V2O5) nanoparticles with solution combustion method is obtained in a very quick succession at 500 °C, by the utilization of Butea monosperma seed extract, to study its suitability towards pressure sensors.
