Greenhouse gas emissions from riparian zone cropland in a tributary bay of the Three Gorges Reservoir, China

Abstract: Background.A huge reservoir was formed by the Three Gorges Dam in China, which also formed a riparian zone along the bank of the reservoir. In the period of low waterlevel, the riparian zone in tributary bays of the Three Gorges Reservoir (TGR) was always unordered cultivated, owing to its gentle slope and high soil fertility.
