Groin flap for salvage of upper extremity following necrotizing fasciitis: A case report

Abstract: Necrotizing soft tissue infections are often associated with significant morbidity and mortality. Early surgical excision along with antibiotic therapy is the cornerstone of management. Salvage of these extremities is often difficult due to loss of soft tissues, tendons, nerves and blood vessels.
