Gross Composition of Musk-Ox Milk

Abstract: A sample of musk-ox milk was analyzed for its nutritional components. Fat content was found to be 11.00/d, protein content 5.3%, and lactose content 3.6%. The \,itamin BI? content was 3.4 pgm. per liter.
