Abstract:Placenta percreta, a rare variant of placenta accreta spectrum (PAS) disorders, poses a significant risk of life‐threatening hemorrhage associated with the adherent placenta. Bladder involvement signifies an even rarer incidence and may sometimes present solely with gross hematuria.
