Group Evaluations of Individual Faculty Hospitalists

Abstract: Introduction Faculty evaluations are important tools for improving faculty-to-resident instruction, but residents in our pediatric and internal medicine/pediatric residency programs would seldom evaluate individual pediatric faculty hospitalists.
