Abstract:Huanglongbing (HLB, or citrus greening disease) affects all citrus varieties world-wide. In the USA, Asia, and South America the causal agent is “CandidatusLiberibacter asiaticus” (CLas), a phloem-limited, uncultured, alphaproteobacterium.
