Diamond-like carbon (DLC) films were prepared on silicon substrate using four different vacuum plasma methods: magnetron sputtering (MS), pulse laser ablation (PLA), ion beam deposition (IBD) and pulse cathode vacuum arc evaporation (CVAE).
