Abstract:Copper indium di-telluride (CuInTe 2 ; CIT) was electrochemically deposited onto indium tin oxide (ITO) substrate using aqueous medium at various electrodeposition conditions like temperature, pH, stirring rate and concentration of the samples. The resulting thin films were characterized using UV-Visible-NIR spectrophotometer, X-ray diffractometer, scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive X-ray to find out energy band gap, structural properties, surface morphology and the elemental composition in the… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
