Growth of Dunaliella in "Ideal" Conditions Retains Annual Variability of Biochemical Features

Abstract: In this work we investigated the annual dynamics of the biomass accumulation of microalgae Dunaliella viridis, its content of nucleic acids, proteins, and triacylglycerols at accumulative cultivation while maintaining the culture at "ideal constant conditions throughout the year in order to eliminate the high variability of these parameters, which occur in conventional culture conditions.
