Abstract:We report a study on the growth of Fe-substituted Sr 6 Co 5 O 15 hexagonal perovskite single crystals, Sr 6 (Co 1−x Fe x ) 5 O 15 , by using the flux method. It is found that the optimal growth condition of single crystals is the precursors obtained by the solid-phase method, and the cooling rate is 1 °C/h within the temperature range of 930 (980 °C) to 800 °C (850 °C). The X-ray diffraction results indicate that the obtained single crystals have good crystallinity, and the size of the crystals is on the order… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
