Abstract: The addition of elicitors in kaffir lime (Citrus hystrix DC.) culture is one of  strategies for obtaining and increasing the production of secondary metabolites.  Saccharomyces cerevisiae is one of the elicitors that can be used to increase secondary metabolites such as terpenoids.
