Growth of Nd:Gd3Ga5O12 Thin Films by Pulsed Laser Deposition for Planar Waveguide Laser

Abstract: Direct-writing techniques are adequate tools for rapid prototyping of diverse materials, since they avoid the usage of moulds or masks.
