Abstract:Wurtzite-type zinc oxide (ZnO) is a promising semiconductor material with a wide bandgap of 3.3 eV at room temperature. Recently, ZnO nanostructures have attracted great research interest because of their simplicity in fabrication, variety in morphology, and diversity of application.
